PROBLEM

UMM PNG was appointed by the Reserve Bank of PNG, Bank of Papua New Guinea (BPNG), to design and develop to coincide with the Bank’s 40th anniversary.

STRATEGY

Even though the request was to ‘re-skin’ BPNG’s existing website, there were many additional components requested throughout the project. UMM PNG was able to meet the requirements and showed excellent capabilities to work under pressure, within tight deadlines – conceptualising, designing, and building a mobile responsive website (optimised for limited bandwidth in PNG).

RESULTS

UMM PNG successfully produced the PNG Reserve Banks’s website in the short notice period, enabling BPNG to launch during their 40th anniversary as needed. A website above and beyond the agreed- upon ‘re-skin’ design brief was produced, to launch largely new content and with future-proof capabilities.
