UMM’s always-on PR strategy secures consistent media coverage for Logitech for Business, establishing it as a go-to authority on workplace trends and hybrid technology.
THE SITUATION
Logitech for Business is an enterprise-grade leader in software-enabled hardware and collaboration tools designed to enhance hybrid and remote work environments. From videoconferencing systems to personal desktop setups, kitting out Aussie organisations with exceptional workplace tools is its bread and butter.
In 2024, Logitech partnered with UMM to elevate its corporate PR strategy in Australia. Working alongside local leadership, including Category Managers, Heads of Sales, and the Managing Director, UMM’s core objective was to position Logitech as the authoritative voice on workplace evolution, hybrid work trends, and strategic IT implementation.
The outcome so far? Meaningful and consistent earned media placements in Australia’s leading IT and business publications, like Forbes, IT Brief, B&T, and Dynamic Business (to name a few).
THE STRATEGY
Crafting thought-provoking press releases and driving exclusive media interviews sits at the heart of the strategy. By transforming internal research and executive insights into compelling media angles, UMM continues to position Logitech’s leadership team at the forefront of timely industry conversations.
Beyond earned media, UMM maximised Logitech’s owned assets by producing deep-dive case studies for the brand’s website, social media channels and sales collateral. We successfully converted corporate success stories, such as Hydro Tasmania and ACCIONA, into earned media features across Channel News, Eco News, and TelcoNews Australia.
We’ve also got media training covered too. In May 2026, we organised a media engagement workshop with Logitech’s Australian leadership team. Designed to hone their interview and communication skills, the team are now equipped to handle any journalist’s question that might come their way and well-prepared for print, radio and TV chats.
Event production is another integral part of UMM’s collaboration with Logitech for Business. From guest list management to roundtables and thought leadership panels, we continue to keep Logitech in the spotlight year after year.
This has continued into FY27, and our latest campaign promoting the company’s Spotlight 2 presenter remote, “Ditch the Jitters, Own the Spotlight.” To help ease presentation nerves, we designed and launched animated billboards across hundreds of office lifts and lobby screens throughout Sydney. By reaching professionals before they stepped into all-important meetings, this innovative approach put Spotlight 2 front of mind and secured standout coverage in high-profile outlets, including Campaign Brief and Mi3.

UMM also helped launch Logitech Australia’s first-ever LogiWork event Down Under, exploring how leading companies are harnessing technology to work smarter and live better. We brought together an elite panel of speakers from Adobe, Vogue Codes, Xero, Luxury Escapes, and Culture Amp to debate leadership and trust in the age of AI. By securing pre-event interviews and post-event coverage, UMM further amplified the event’s impact – even landing coverage in The Sunday Telegraph’s ‘Party Confidential’ pages.
By blending executive thought leadership with high-impact event execution, UMM has successfully cemented Logitech for Business as a leading voice on workplace innovation. This strategic momentum has kept the brand top of mind among Australian business leaders, delivering sustained visibility and market influence for Logitech.
